The 7 Lakh Exemption for Foreign Two Operators

The foreign two operators do not have an office for say in India which is why they are exempt from this you know the straightaway 20% each year so my understanding is that would extend to airlines and hotels also. The 7 lakh exemption as of now does stand unless the government makes for the payments right because I believe that I should add here shippra that this Indian two operators association has made some representations to the finance ministry regarding this discrimination.
