Is the Ideal Scenario for a New Platform Team Greenfield?

The ideal scenario is a brownfield complex enterprise setup. And now you want to roll out a platform in each other, which means we already have tens of development teams with their own stack. So that's where you understand as a platform team, if you listen, right? That's where you start understanding and formulating an idea of what this like minimum common denominator is.
