CHAPTER

I've Injured My Tibbya on My Shin, Can You Help?

Running injury is one of the most common running injuries. It's akin to shin splints and can be caused by tight calfs. If your big toe joint is too flexible, then you're not able to push over the top with power. Your shins will continue to take the stress as a result. And overtime, that stress can start to actually cause the little muscular tissue to slightly pull away - this is where pain comes from. There are many other types of runners who have injured their tibbya (shin) But for now, i'm just going to say it's that for now in terms of why they happen.
