How to Get People to Open Up a Call

Emailing first can help young SDRs get over that initial hurdle and that initial awkwardness if they were just surely called calling without any context. It's a behavior that, you know, people are willing to listen and to take your call simply because there was some context that it came before the call. And yeah, I think that email first actually really tampes down the call reluctance fairly substantially. So basically what the email does then sort of gets past that first, whether you have a chance to grab some base attention.
