Empathy: A Core Principle in Design Thinking
Radhika: The artifact which is to be made at the end of the day should be some empathy maps that you create. These are nothing but visualization to articulate what we know about the user, right? And you should feel free to share it with the larger audience. Let your co-designers know. Put it up in huge charts and you have to concentrate on it because they are the actual needs. Other than that, you could actually test if you are meeting those needs at theend of the day. That is something which comes out after you test your prototype. So, keep that balance of what you had in the first stage versus what you have delivered is a necessity.
