The Invisible Problem With Fairy Tale Experiences

Paraxbaum: We have this thinking in the world of UX that if we remove everything that could potentially be a problem for the user, then we have successful solutions. And so what I'm afraid is happening here is that if people are too intent on this, across the board, then users aren't really being helped to make the best decisions. Paraxbaum: But the user interface as we all know is usually not the end goal for the user. They want to accomplish stuff that has to do with their real life, whether it is buying the right product and getting it delivered when they want to.
