The FTC Is Getting Ready to Finalize an Antitrust Lawsuit Against Amazon

A new report out of Politico says that the Federal Trade Commission is getting ready to finalize an antitrust lawsuit against Amazon. The FTC head Lena Khan wrote a now very famous legal paper, effectively calling for that when she was at Yale Law School. Based on past statements of Chair Khan, we could see a breakup of at least part of the company focused on Amazon's retail business.
