I think the hardest role for a manager oftentimes is giving great feedback, right? They dread it. It feels quite scary sometimes to be put in that situation where you're being vulnerable when you are going to let some of some of your walls down. So almost creating and laying the foundations for that kind of trust and psychological safety is really important.
