You Don't Take Your Spiritual Life Seriously.
We do not take spiritual life seriously if we don't set aside some time to be with god and listen to him. Henry Nowan once asked mother teresa for spiritual direction, which is something i'm really sad the protestant tradition doesn't have a place for. She said spend one hour each day in adoration of your lord, and never do anything you know is wrong. All this and you'll be fine. How great is that? Like, just take an hour a day alone with god and don't do anything that you know iswrong. That that's mother teresa. We need to recapture this practice. This is our moment. I mean, the whole world is
