Is Conciliance a Good Way to Approach a Lot of Problems?
I think, you efficiency gets a bad rat becauset. It seems external, like somebody else's imposing that norm on you. Whereas your language of conciliante almost makes it seem like we would be more efficient if we were doing the things that loved and that didn't feel like work. I'm not sure you can make all other things equal in that comparison. But ah, the empty restaurant is better for talking, which is very important, but also for ethnic restaurants. So many of the best places are often empty. And they make their money, say, by catering weddings, or by having a lot of people come in at ten 30 at night. Or any number of other
