I live in New York City and here we have a ban on plastic bags. So it's really cool to see how cities like New York have been able to reduce their overall plastic footprint. And you know, reusing your own bags and that sort of personal action can, you know, lead to maybe greater engagement in other aspects of climate and energy policy at your local level or even at the national level. I don't know about you, but no matter how good I am being at recycling plastic, using reusables or whether it's cups or bags, like plastic is just thrown at you.
