Is There a Future Where We're Using Bitcoin Differently?
Charles Garcia: It's hard to design UX when you don't know exactly how people are going to be using things in the long term. He says we're sort of using Bitcoin in a different way than I think it will maybe ultimately be used. "I can't even imagine how newbie, real newbie people are on hardware wallets," he said. 'It creates this falsely reinforcing thing that everybody's just really dumb and doesn't know how to do stuff'
