The Role of Dose Response in Ending High Pressure
Some studies give us data, which is a little bit difficult to interpret. I think from the numbers that we can see there, you know, maybe 15 to 18 sets per week is the top end of what is going to be useful in terms of terminating high pressure. Three times a week would be around about the five or six sets per workout.
