Non Disclosure Agreements - Are They Enforced?

I've had to sign a billion non disclosure agreements with people. What's the status of that? And is that an area that you're uncomfortable with? I think there have been some good and I think really promising developments on that front. We recently had some good legislation passed at the federal level but again this is all very piecemeal. Every time that there's a win for workers when it comes to contract law or employment law, they use other ways to keep workers down.
