Right now the best method that we have is something called cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia or CBTI for short. You work with a therapist for maybe six weeks and you can do it online. By the way, I recommend probably jumping online. It's just easiest. And it will change your beliefs, your habits, your behaviors and your general stress around this thing called sleep.
