What Are the Factors That Will Reduce the Mortality Rate?
There's a whole bunch of cases that we haven't reported, but there's the same number of deaths. So you would divide the deaths by the number of cases and because the cases are bigger, you've got fewer people coming. But on the other hand, there's certain things that will increase the mortality rate. In Wuhan yesterday, what they did was they took their total number of reported deaths and they increased it by 50% overnight. There's an estimate that people die anywhere from two weeks to a month after they confirm positive on average. And depending on whether it's two weeks or four weeks, you get a very different mortality rate. The mortality rates here are highly variable
