Interest Only Mortgages vs Principal and Interest?

Mortgage rates are going to be higher for for everyone. It just gets passed on the consumer. Fixed rates, locking up an interest rate for 30 years at a set rate is not great from a lenders perspective. There's risk in that. If you can get a slightly lower rate from a adjustable rate mortgage, and you can go out five to seven years, you probably should do that. Whenever we get on the other side of this inflation story, you might have an opportunity to refine again.
