There's been a lot of noise made on mummy blogs, on Instagram and social media about why so many parents are saying no. There's not really much research out there about kids in sleepovers. Research does show that there is risk associated with sleepovers. So we're going to try to thread this needle and talk about the pros and cons, the risks and rewards of sleepovers for kids at any age.
