Malrubius - A True Hallucination, Right?

Cevarian sees a woman pull him through the water. He then finds himself being given CPR by his friends. When they restore him, he tells them about Malrubius and how he was shot up into the air. The boatman seems to know about some sort of woman or legend that spurned something in Cevarian.
