Are You a Reservist Battalion Commander?

It's a little bit different than the active duty where, um, obviously you've got to be able to balance your time with whatever your civilian job or profession might be. It is competitive. A friend of mine was selected last year and he's going to give me his best practices because he runs his own business. And so other than that, what are we? Yeah.
