Apple has a very desirable silicun platform for data centres. It could enter that world in a meaning fu way, but not running maco s. Apple runs their own private cloud infro structure and they probably want to be able to run it on the apple pla,. They are almost certainly blocked from contributing their internal linnex spring up into into the upstream projects.
