The EPA's Proposed Regulation on PFAS
The EPA estimates that for most people drinking water is only about 20% of your exposure. Many states have banned the use of PFAS in food packaging, firefighting foam and cosmetics. The federal government is also taking some steps to use its purchasing power to limit what they're buying.
