Women in the Government

I find it very insulting that if let's say Hamcini is called on the table because you know we are talking about international relations and there are only four women in the country who talk about international relations. But what they will be saying is that it's unfair to me as an academic that you put my gender before you put my body. I buy the argument that when you're putting together a panel, you should not condescend to women by having a token woman. So therefore, not for reasons of tokenism or representation, but just from reasons of efficiency of you should normatively try to make a group as diverse as possible without resorting to tokens.
