i got to a point where i was desperate, right? I was like, i feel so shady. It's ter i'm sad. After five p m, when it's pitch black outside, i don't know what to do with myself. So i started reading to fill the time, and i started meditating so that during the day brain wasn't firing off as many just evil thoughts,. But for the first week, you're like, this is so annoying and tedious. I don't want to do this. You almost have to force yourself to get into it."
