"The fundamental diagnosis of the problem with portfolios is forgetting that it's for the person who's going to pay the money," says Marshall Proko. "All of my students want to work for a few big clients, and Disney and Pixar and DreamWorks and Blizzard are always at the top of the list" If you admire someone but aren't yet big, then getting into an environment where you may make bigger difference in the company can be very rewarding.
