He says it's important to remember what the end goal is, and not put too much effort into a situation that will over kill your organization. The most important thing you can do before deploying an application is think about how many people are going to be involved in its deployment at any one time. And then make sure they're all doing their jobs properly - even if only by adding more staff or taking down existing ones.
