Having an annual and quarterly cadence for your okrs. I think this is another best practice that that you see a lot when it comes to kar m a set o kars, sed company galls. It's good to have often annual ocars, but maybe multi year or long ranging strategic kind of ocaras. And as you get down into the organization, there will be layers of management as well that might have bothand this is something i try to leave enough flexibility When we are writing ocrs, when we're in a workshop scenario to kind of see what emerges.
