What's Happening in the Real Estate Market?

Last year, globally, house prices rose at their fastest pace since 2005. One in three countries experienced double-digit annual price growth. Now, they're reversing course and we're seeing this in the most overheated markets. Places like Canada and Sweden, house prices have fallen by around 8% since February. In New Zealand, they've fallen by more than 12% since their peak last year. They've fallen by crazy mountain Australia as well. But many other countries are heading in the same direction.
