The Four Illusions of Reversed Dieting

The four illusions that i think are contributing to why we see so many of these positive anecdotes. They are compelling. And i do not fault any one for for saying whow this really looks like its doing something. But the only positive a physiological things going on that would make sense in a reverse diet would also be absolutely accomplished by simply doing a maintenance phase and working up to it slowly. Doesn't really seem to add any benefit.
