Do You Need a Coach?
Although my brand name is Dacosta Coaching, I kind of feel like I'm often not a coach. One thing I tell people is that creating your vision strategy in plan is a really quick process. It should be done within probably two sessions. We need to measure ourselves against those outcomes. And we do that by making sure that our clients understand what they're trying to achieve and have some way of measuring the journey for them.
