Jeffrey Toobin: So this is not just introduced act has a pastor has it not. But what are the kinds of things that can actually enable from a technical legal perspective, the folks in Alberta to do in their jurisdiction. And there's a bunch of things you touched on that I want to drill down to further. He says law authorizes exercise of provincial non enforcement or non cooperation and also does what has a stink called a Henry VIII cause which allows for the amendment of regulations relating to the enforcement of certain provincial laws. The federal government under our constitution does have power to regulate criminal law and law about things that have firearms really into the right to criminal law rights.
