The Importance of Vision in Leadership

The common idea there is vision. And I wonder if a leader is listening to this and thinking, well, I don't even know how to be unreasonable because the goals that I would have are just we're kind of manageable. We can probably accomplish more in 10 years than we could ever imagine if we'll just push ourselves a little bit. All right.
