Getting the Job Done, and They'll Figure It Out

I really like that, independent of being able to get the job done, i don't need to be micro managed and told how to do all the individual steps. So those two primary individuals, they just said, here's what you need to do, go figure it out. I was looking for an industry that was a little bit more secure in the long run. Is look a some place that wasn't al trying to survive on an enen basis.
