The CDC says adults need 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity and two days of muscle strengthening activity each week. So one example would be brisk walking 30 minutes a day, five days a week. Another example could be running or jogging for 75 minutes each week. And so you see, as you get into your 70s and even 80s, all the ways that you have taken care of yourselves really show up once you get to that age.
