The people in Afghanistan and those children, they have nothing nothing. They appreciated how we protected them. The way that the enemy treated them I knew we just had to kill as many of them as humanly possible Like for the year that we were supposed to be there We ended being there a year and a half, but the year thatWe were there I just felt from this point forward like yeah, we were in fights You know, we weren't gonna draw our weapon unless we were fired upon first But all that changed after this incident.
