White house wanted 80 billion dollars for covet research, treatment and prevention. They were told that's unrealist, tic congress is not going to pass that. So they paired it down to 22 and a half billion dollars. And congress paired it back even further to 15 billion dollars. That's not enough. Just that simple. It's too little.
