How to Receive Good Feedback

Start by focusing on the good stuff there's almost always something somebody you're working with is doing that you appreciate. Praise like criticism should both show that you care personally and challenge directly. It's okay to ask some questions in the moment as long as the questions are for understanding not to be defensive or to change their mind.
