The Challenges of Scaling a Team
Hiring is a tonafor i think i hired probably like, eight or nine folks that are currently on the team now. There's no consistent career latter, and there's no hierarchy. Another thing maybe i want to point out is the balance between external knowledge and internal knowledges. It takes a long time to learn all of it, right? I mean, most designers don't know anything about property management,. ecause why wat they hri? And so there's kind of six months training period, and it's not formal training.
