We were trying to connect deep neural nets with open cog to do neural symbolic and neural symbolic evolutionary learning. And we'd see that this speed at which our reasoning systems could reason was just so much slower than the speed at which we could train neural nets on the GSP server farm. We needed all the different parts to be able to learn at roughly the same high speed. So we now have a new quite fast and perform it massively distributed knowledge metagraph. Also, if you have knowledge which is stored in an encrypted way for use in the blockchain.
