I've been very lucky, worked for some incredible people and surround myself with incredible people. I think most people these days think two years is a long tenure. And since then, the previous ceo retired, and i stepped up into the c eo. Also a nice way for me to sort of learn the business from the ground up, through all different iterations and parts of the organization in the regional structure,. And that's where i am to day. It was much easier to just work for one company and climbed that ladder, which you certainly did the old school company.
