Most people understand that things are fucked up in their work place. The difficult part is getting people to understand that collective action is the only way to solve the problems, right? Even within unionized work places, in your co workers to understand that if we don't do this as a collective, we will fail. When nurses were on strike, and id talked a lot about nurses, cas i know a lot about Nurses. But like, or like, you know, um, patience over profits, thats sort of stuff. And building that kind of collective, a power together, is what gets you,. um, it's what gets you a successful like, that's what builds a union
