Polyamory and the Culture of Monogamy

As somebody who's written and talked about polyamory, people hate it. Living with both your ex-husband and your current husband, people like their minds were already blown by that. And to me, that just seems like really enlightened and beautiful in the way that civilized people could all act. But I don't know what would work for most people. It may well be that somebody tried it because of you, and then it went badly. Wouldn't it be your fault or something?
