The Basics of Reading and Writing

School does not teach public speaking, but the schools do an okay job of teaching basic reading, basic math, and basic writing. But unfortunately, that's where they stop, and that's not good. They make you memorize a lot of stuff, and much of it does not help you very much. Another thing that we absolutely must learn is logic, the basics of logic. We'll go back again to our system of truth, ancient books and the books of masters.
