There have now been more than two million migrant encounters at the southern border so far in this fiscal year. In august, migrant encounters jumped to over 203 thousand along the us Southern border. The agency's commissioner says failing communist regimes in venezuela, nicaragua and cuba are driving a new wave of migration.
