Earning to Give - Is There Any Equivalent?

The market for charities is clearly very inefficient, right? And it's ay the fact that it isn't a market like a stock market that makes having experts who can point in the right direction so incredibly valuable. There's no equivalent at all within the charitable world. We sometimes use giving to give directly, which is an organization that simply fers cash to the very poorest people in the world. But it's not really, in any stuctal waylike the index funding of giving. That's just meant to be suggesting, simply giving the poorest people inthe worldcash is like a base line. Can we do better than that?
