i think when we're in disfunction or drama or neglect, a i sc i feels like our body's working against us. And there's something really nice about feeling like your body is your friend. I actually feel more tired, more foggy when i'm not working out. Like, it's never the thought of, oh, i don't want to work out cause i'm tired. No, it's an energy boost for me. I feel more alive.
