Building a Building Team
We had a long term relationship with another builder, and that broke down in a project. They helped us get the design work to be, you know, they introduced us to the client. I couldn't have it both ways. We had to tell the client where we thought the quality of the bill needed to be improved. And so we had to split ways that relationship. These guys are known as the most polite builders in london. M but i also do one of mince words here, that's a whole separate contract or, general contractor. But in pencil and brick. The is is the am sort of the softness a lot of us have, the sort of politeness.
