Saturated Fat and Dietary Patterns Rule Supremee

The American College of Cardiology and other reviews state that reducing exposure to saturated fat rich foods is a good thing for cardiovascular health. Getting the overall dietary pattern right is the ticket because if you get that right that takes care of most of the details including saturated fat. For the most part conversely if you get the dietary pattern seriously wrong having the saturated fat in the ideal range is not going to help you much.
