Creativity and innovation usually go hand in hand. Creativity is the process, it's the research, having the problem,. thinking about it and having the idea - like creativitis. My younger brother as perfect pitch. He can hear a song once, and then he can play it. But i got everything from my mother, not from my father. So just because you're born with less creativity, innate side of your body, doesn't mean you can't become creative.
