I Keep Missing Qualifying for Boston

I've seen this with people in so many different areas not even just sport specific but some they have some fixed mindset about something. They've internalized that identity so much that it's really kind of hard to now see themselves as someone who actually could do that thing. Our brains like to have an identity good or bad it likes to just know who it is and when that is challenged it does stuff to get you back to how you see yourself. I think we misunderstand what we're actually trying to accomplish by making these big sweeping changes overnight change happens in little increments.
